Short Biography

Muksitul Hoque Srijan is a young social science researcher with three years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research across climate change, disaster management, child rights, gender, and disability inclusion. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Management from the University of Dhaka and is currently a Senior Research Assistant at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University. Srijan has contributed to national and international research projects funded by organizations such as USAID, World Bank, Save the Children International, Malteser International, Humanity and Inclusion (HI), German Red Cross, and BRAC. His expertise includes survey and tool design, data analysis (STATA, SPSS, Excel), child participatory research methods, and research report writing. Beyond his professional work, he volunteers as an emergency responder, providing support during crises and disasters. He has co-authored several research reports on education, climate resilience, water management, and child displacement, with findings disseminated at national and global platforms.
