Short Biography

I started my academic journey as a science student working in laboratories, where most of my time was spent with experiments and instruments. Although I valued the scientific rigor, I realized I was missing meaningful human interaction and wanted a career that allowed me to connect with people more directly. This led me to pursue a Master of Public Health (MPH) at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health (BRAC JPGSPH).

From the admission process to the completion of the program, the MPH was a transformative experience. It was not limited to classrooms but focused on engaging with communities, learning about their lives, and understanding the challenges they face. This approach was both empowering and inspiring, reinforcing my decision to move into public health research.

After completing my MPH, I joined BRAC JPGSPH as a Research Associate. Since then, I have been involved in various projects that explore health systems and community well-being. My work has allowed me to strengthen my research skills while staying connected to the human stories that make public health so impactful.
