Short Biography

Currently, I'm working as Senior Research Associate at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University. My current project is related to Health Vulnerabilities from Heat Waves. I am also working on "Air and Noise monitoring campaign" and on the "Bicycle Use, access, and Barriers in Dhaka city" studies. Previously I've worked on projects that aimed at making the Dhaka city an Equitable Healthy City including Ambient lighting in the households of Dhaka and on Child labour in waste management sector of Bangladesh. Besides, I'm completing my masters in Water Resources Development at IWFM, BUET.
I've graduated in Geography and Environment from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Sylhet.
I have worked as Research Associate at REACH Project, IWFM, BUET(a project of Oxford University) and as a Research Assistant in SUST Research Centre. I have completed several research projects where GIS, Remote Sensing, Water quality testing, Time series Data Analysis, FGD, KII and some other skills were necessary.
I was involved in several volunteer organisations. Those involvement have enriched me with some enormous skills and experiences.
