Short Biography

Mahmuda Akter Sarkar currently working as a Senior Field Coordinator at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University (BRAC JPGSPH) joined the school in 1st January 2019. I am Master of Social Science, Dhaka University, Bangladesh and B. Ed, from Open University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. More then 20 years involve Health Researcher Unit BRAC and BRAC University.  I am passionate about promoting mental well-being and overcoming social stigma, especially among women. My main research interests are in Gender and SRHR, Disability, mental health, maternal and child health.
